Our day started with brunch of Lac St. Jean tourtiere with Carmelita's home-made chili sauce & "traditional" coleslaw (which we have been making and enjoying a lot with apple cidre vinaigrette from Quebec!). Bob went out birding in the afternoon and came back elated, saying this was the "best birding day yet!"
Yolanda and Carmelita had a super afternoon visiting & setting out Thanksgiving dinner. It was a relaxing and fun evening.
